We’re Moving Soon!
We are excited to announce we will be moving our headquarters to a new location, effective July 28th. In order to smoothly transition to our new location we have a couple of updates and information to share:
Office Closure and Drawings:
- We will be closing at our current location at 1620 Central Ave. in Cheyenne on July 17th and will reopen at our new address, 808 W. 20th St, on Monday, July 28th.
- Please be assured there will be no impact to our drawings and winning number postings during this time.
Claims Processing:
- We will still receive your mail during this time, but we encourage you to wait until we are in our new office or visit your nearest retailer if possible.
- If you are a high-tier winner ($600 or more) you must call us at 307-432-9300, and our claims team will be ready to assist you in making arrangements to process your claim.
- Please note the draw dates of your tickets because all tickets expire 180 days after the draw date and can no longer be processed. Any WyoLotto retailer can validate tickets and pay winnings of $599 or less.
